Getting a little taste before anyone else! While getting the candles out we noticed Kenzie eating the icing off the sides. I guess she couldn't wait!

January 26, 2007 Kenzie turned 2. We had her birthday party at our house Sat. the 27th after Krisjon's basketball game. Aunt Kristi, with Nonny's help, made her a Blue's Clues birthday cake. We had sandwiches and chips and dips for lunch. Kenzie was very excited about all the presents and try to open one immediately! She got a lot of great things including: a table made by Coach and Nini, tricycle from Gran, a backpack full of make-up and hair things from Aunt Kristi and Uncle Kevin, dress shoes and auga doodle from Nonny, a really cute dress from Grandpa and Grandma and an elmo barbie doll and wheel barrel from Mommy, Daddy, Krisjon and Kaden just to name a few. We had a great time and can't believe she is already two.

Krisjon decided he wanted to try and play basketball this year so we signed him up with a local church league to test the waters and see if he likes it! He had his first game on January 27, 2007. With only three practices under their belt we weren't sure what to expect but were happily surprised to find out the kids had listened and picked up a lot in a short time. Our team is very aggressive and hustles well. Even though they don't keep score Daddy knew the outcome and of course Krisjon's stats for the day! Our team slaughtered the other team 32 to 8 with Krisjon scoring 16 and getting 10 rebounds! Needless to say he really likes basketball! He had a large crowd routing him on as well. Amongst them were Mommy, Daddy, Kaden and Kenzie of course! as well as Nini, Coach, Nonny, Gran, Bibi, Grandma, Aunt Kristi, Uncle Kevin and Mr. Tony.
